Greg Plitt ABSolute Power Gym Workout Preview

This is an ABSolute inspiration to get up and workout those abs! After watching this preview, it really got me motivated on my workout that I've stopped since beginning of the year due to work. I'm now slowly starting my routine and trying to get back on track after losing more than 3kg of muscle mass and definition.

As an ectomorph body type, i.e. Hard Gainer, I've got serious issue putting on mass. I've tried for many years but still not able to achieve my ideal body weight. So I've settled for a lean definition and an improved fitness level as my goal.

For those out there who wants to achieve your ideal body and fitness goal. Just keep your focus and you will achieve one day. Believe me, it takes a lot of hard work, discipline and proper diet.

We may not be built like Greg Plitt, but at least we can be inspired by him!
